Data deletion

1. Email hello@orderdishi.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email on your account, or message us on WhatsApp from the mobile number on your account.
2. We will send a code to your number to confirm it is really you. This stops anyone else deleting your account.
3. We will confirm when it is done, within 30 days and usually much sooner.

• Your name, mobile number and email address.
• Saved addresses, landmarks and delivery instructions.
• Favourites, preferences and marketing choices.
• Any unused Dishi credit, so please use it first.

Tax and accounting law requires us to keep records of orders and payments for a set period. We keep these with your name and number removed wherever we can, use them only for that legal purpose, and delete them when the period ends. Information linked to an open complaint, refund or fraud investigation is kept until it is resolved.

Your cart and some preferences are also kept in this browser. You can remove them yourself now.
