Funds protection

Mobile money and card payments are processed by a regulated Zimbabwean payment provider, not by Dishi. You approve each payment yourself on your phone or with your bank.

• We never see or store your full card number, mobile money PIN or one-time codes.
• Your order only goes to the kitchen after our server has confirmed the payment directly with the provider. A screenshot or message cannot mark an order as paid.
• Every payment gets a reference number, shown on your order, so it can always be traced.

• If you are charged but the order does not go through, the money is refunded automatically.
• If you are charged twice for the same order, the second payment is refunded automatically.
• If you notice anything we missed, contact us with your order number and we will check it with the payment provider. See the Refund Policy for timings.

Restaurants and riders are paid by Dishi after orders are delivered, on a regular schedule. If you are owed a refund, we pay it to you ourselves. You never have to wait for a restaurant to give money back.

Pay cash only to the rider who brings your order, and only the total shown in your order. Riders cannot ask you for extra fees. If someone does, tell us straight away.

Dishi will never ask you for a PIN, password or sign-in code, by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email, and never asks you to send money to a personal number.

• Our support WhatsApp number is +263 77 000 0000. Messages from any other number claiming to be us are not from us.
• Prices and payment requests only ever appear inside your order on Dishi.
