Intellectual property

The Dishi name, the smiling bowl logo, our app icons and the look of this website belong to Dishi. You may not use them, or anything confusingly similar, for your own business, app, social media account or domain name without our written permission.

The text, design, code and graphics of Dishi are protected by copyright. You may view and share pages for personal use. You may not copy, scrape, resell or republish them, or use automated tools to collect data from the service, without our written permission.

Restaurant names, logos, menus and food photos belong to the restaurant or the photographer. Restaurant partners give Dishi permission to show them on our website, apps and marketing while they are listed with us.

When you post a review or send us a photo, you keep ownership of it. You give Dishi permission to use it to run and promote the service. Only send content you have the right to share, and nothing offensive or misleading.

If you think something on Dishi uses your work without permission, or someone is copying the Dishi brand, email hello@orderdishi.com with the subject “Intellectual property”, a link to the content and why you believe it is yours. We will review it and respond promptly.
