Refund Policy

We will refund you, in full or for the affected items, when:

• your order never arrived;
• items were missing or you received the wrong items;
• food arrived spilled, damaged or unsafe to eat;
• the restaurant cancelled after you paid;
• you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount.

1. Contact us within 24 hours of your order on WhatsApp at +263 77 000 0000 or email hello@orderdishi.com.
2. Give your order number, which starts with DSH, and tell us what went wrong.
3. For damaged or wrong food, send a photo if you can. It helps us fix the problem with the restaurant.

• Mobile money: back to the same wallet, usually within 3 working days of our decision.
• Card: back to the same card. We send it within 3 working days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 more working days to show it.
• Cash on delivery: as Dishi credit straight away, or to a mobile money wallet in your name if you prefer.
• Dishi credit: added to your account straight away and used automatically on your next order.

If you cancel before the restaurant accepts the order, you get a full refund. After the restaurant accepts it, the food is being made for you, so we can only refund if something went wrong on our side or the restaurant's side.

• A change of mind after the restaurant has started preparing your food.
• Orders that could not be delivered because the address or phone number given was wrong, or nobody was available to receive them.
• Personal taste, for example a dish being spicier than you like when the menu described it correctly.

This policy adds to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act [Chapter 14:44]. It does not replace them. If you are not happy with our decision, follow our complaints process.
