Cash, EcoCash or card: how paying on Dishi works

Every way you can pay, how we keep your money safe, and the one thing we will never ask you for.
Everything on Dishi is priced in US dollars. Before you pay, you will always see the food total, the delivery fee, the service fee and any discount. The total you see is the total you pay.
Cash on delivery
Pay the rider when your food arrives. Please have the amount ready, as riders may not always carry change. Pay only the total shown in your order.
Mobile money and cards
Online payments are processed by a regulated Zimbabwean payment provider. You approve each payment yourself on your phone or with your bank. Your order goes to the restaurant only after our system has confirmed the payment directly with the provider, so a fake screenshot can never mark an order as paid.
The one thing we will never ask for
Dishi will never ask for your PIN, password or one-time code, by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. If someone does, it is not us. Tell us straight away.
If a payment goes wrong, for example you are charged twice, the extra payment is refunded automatically. Read more about how we protect your money on our Funds protection page.
